Cameron-Bates was founded in 2009 by Elizabeth Bates in response to the growing demand for high quality business services delivered by experienced and knowledgeable practitioners.

About Elizabeth Bates

Liz has 15 years senior management experience, five of which at Board Level.  She is highly motivated, and has a proven track record in organisational transformation resulting in demonstrable improvements. Her strengths lie in her interpersonal skills and her ability to engage people in a climate of ownership and motivation.  Throughout her career Liz used her coaching skills to facilitate partnership working as means to delivering high quality services.

The experience Liz gained as an Executive Director enables her to understand the aspirations of top leaders and fully empathise with the challenges and pressures they face. 

Liz has a Masters level diploma in Public Sector Management, an honours degree in psychology and is a certified Master Coach endorsed by the Institute of Leadership Management (ILM).
